room nice but man manager rude to me ive stayed here many times this past year he did not say ty or anything just told me to pull on door to open very rude needs to learn to speak better english also wife was nice and nightime girl but man no ver diaspointted in him he knows me ive stayed here many times the deposit is not neeeded if i tell you i dont smoke or drink beer and room is left clean ty i will not be staying here again no ty

Horrible, do not stay there. Not a safe place. Parking lot was full of beer bottles and cans. Police cruised through the parking lot at 4 pm (while we were deciding where to go next). Their reservation showed 1 person, I booked for 2, 2 beds, 2 nights. They disagreed, I looked up my reservation and it confirmed 2, people, 2 beds, 2 nights. The room only had one bed. The pool was closed, had been since covid. They took no responsibility for the errors. They said it was booking.com's problem that it showed a pool.

There was no free breakfast, as for the location it was great just a mile or 2 from my house. Here in Morrilton, AR. on this date the storms where really bad and this side of town was without power for 4 days. It was 110 degrees, no air, no TV, couldn't cook or nothing. It was awful... but then when I found out we were going to be without electricity until later at the end of the week I began to look for us a cool place to sleep bc we had to work. The comfort of having a nearby motel at times like this is an Asset to our community.

The hotel was clean and the room was very spacious. They have a wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The hotel is close to Walmart and plenty of restaurants and a short drive to Petit Jean park.

I liked the fact that I could get a room at 2 am and was given back my security deposit at check out. I loved that I could achieve what I needed to achieve that night so seamlessly at this hotel.
