Search hotels in Monroe, NC

Didn't have time to check it out. Would love to spend more time in Monroe NC area next chance I get. The few people I interacted with were very pleasant.The gentleman that was on duty when I checked out of the Fairfield Inn was so nice and very helpful, I hope his supervisors know this.These days it seems very far n few between that we get the customer service that we should all demand,RESPECT,KINDNESS HELPFUL,AND Pleasant NO MATTER THE DAY WE MAY BE HAVING,That's HOW I FEEL GOD Wants me to treat others, I only wish more could feel or at least do the same!!! We’ve stayed here several times pre Covid and was happy with our stay but the place has gone downhill. Three nights when we returned to our room the keycard was deactivated and twice we had to walk around the building in the storm to have it reactivated. Totally disappointed and will never go back.

Hotel was "sparkling" clean..the Desk Staff were all very engaging and efficient, and genuinely interested in our comfort and satisfaction. The modest breakfast was included and offered a reasonable array of options - mostly convenience. Additionally, there is an outdoor gas fire pit, for guests to use while enjoying the crisp winter weather. Nice touch. This is the place where the "value is greater than the price." and the price is very reasonable. We will retun, without doubt.
