We had soiled bed linen in the closet from the previous...
We had soiled bed linen in the closet from the previous guest that was for the roll out couch. Staff was by themself and unable to replace in a timely manner. Ice machine not working on our floor. Ceiling in lobby leaking water from sprinkler system. Pillows needed to be replaced. That being said, was very clean and comfortable, think they just had an off day.

The bed was so soft and comfortable after the prison mattress at the hotel the night before. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the coffee was good.
