The employee was extremely nice and very accommodating at check-in. The room smelled good and looked clean when I walked in to it. I loved the carpet, bedspread and drapes. The bed and couch were very comfortable and the A/C worked like a champ. I was surprised how quiet it was during the night. I'm a light sleeper and can usually hear car doors shutting and guests opening and closing doors, but not there at Your Place Inn. I WILL return the next time I'm in need of a comfortable place to stay during a power outage at my home.

The breakfast was excellent biscuit and gravy eggs and sausage cereal. The guys at the desk where very polite and kind. The rooms where clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here during our quick stopover in Memphis! The room was really nice, we loved having a couch and the room was very modern which felt quite luxurious. The bathroom was a huge standout for us as we loved having a walk in shower as they aren't that common in the places we have stayed. The area was lovely, felt quite secure as only other hotels around and was very close to a shopping centre which was nice for dinner and getting supplies. The breakfast space and bar area was also very nice

Staff were really nice. There was a good amount of grass around the property for our dog. Good size room with an adequate kitchen area. Great shower.
