We were greeted by friendly staff that offered to change our room so we did not have to use the stairs. The bed ...very comfortable. I liked the boiled eggs and mini pancake machine for breakfast.

Both the frontdesk and housekeeping were so nice. Good price and the room was so nice and comfortable.
