NOTHING. The property is a dive and looks nothing like the pictures. There is no pool. It should be tore down. The was no body working g to get a refund. There was a note left at the counter to call to check in. It smelt like cigarettes in the lobby. There was 2 cars in the parking lot that were tore up. The place did not look safe to stay in. I was only refunded $12 out of my $98 from booking.com. RIDICULOUS. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

To UT Martin. The hotel was clean and comfortable, especially the breakfast area.

Clean hotel. This is important to me. Nice rooms. Bed was comfortable.
