Front desk agent called me twice to ask if I we were still...
Front desk agent called me twice to ask if I we were still coming, why? When we did check in our room we booked, which was a king suite, was a double queen bed room. Now I see why the agent called me twice, because she gave my room away then they lied and said it wasn't in the system. The pool was dirty and closed they didn't tell us that. Then front desk called me the next morning asking when we were going to check out because it was check out time. Then they didn't apologize at ALL. We will never use this hotel again. I didn't appreciate the harassment and the lieing.

This is definitely a hidden gem. I recommend this for anyone who is looking for a great escape from the normal hotel scene. Located close to restaurants and stores with enough distance to feel like you have escaped from the city. Enjoy your stay…, I know you will.

Hotel is conveniently located to the Paragon Casino. Staff is super friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable and had all the necessities. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Great comfortable bed and quiet. It's a great place to stay but had some minor issues this time. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times.
