We loved the room with the big bathroom the only thing was we couldn’t lock the door you could tell it had been kicked in before so we could only use the latch to lock it and pulled a chair up no Kleenex in room and that’s it

For the price and a place to rest your head, it's a great value. Being right on a main road, it felt secure, despite the outside looking a bit...run down. I liked that I was able to have an early check-in--I took a train into Malvern at 4AM and the front desk is basically staffed 24/7. However, I did have to pay a $20 early check-in fee. All in all, the place does seem to take cutomers' feedback earnestly and I enjoyed having a place to stay for one night until my hotel room in Hot Springs was ready the next day.

Brandon and Kathy were exceptional… Brandon is extremely friendly and he made my whole family of 14 feel welcome. My event was in Hot Springs but I had a very unpleasant experience at a hotel there so Comfort Inn and Suites will be my forever go to when my family comes in from Dallas.
We didnt eat breakfast because we left early due to us traveling but location was great and easy to find! Lots of food places surrounding the hotel and walmart across the street. I booked online for cheap, Very satisfied with out stay!
Reggie, whom checked us into the hotel, was so very nice and pleasant to us. She greeted us warmly as we entered and said all the right things after having been on the highway for about 10 hours.
Staff was excellent. Pet friendly was the main requirement for us. Like to stay in a better hotel but none in this are were also pet friendly, Felt safe and price right.
