A great place to stay! My stay was for 4 nights and everything was perfect. First, it is in a safe area and is near plenty of restaurants and stores. The place was immaculate, very clean and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature was perfect in the shower. Bed was very comfy. Owners were great and overall, I had great stay. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who is considering.

A really perfect stay in Southwest Florida! The owners are a super kind retired couple who do everything to make you feel at ease. You have your own room, and there is only one more room you share the bathroom with. Airport pick-up and delivery available for a small charge. Safe, clean and comfortable place, you really feel like ay home!

The place is clean and things look fairly new. The kitchen facilities are near perflect with enough dinner plates, utensils, cups etc, There is a rice cooker, air flyers, microwave, water boiler, new frige, and other usual pans and pots. There is free wifi and is of hgh speed. Also there is a big flat TV in the living room and one in each bed room. The channels are adequate. The host is very helpful and responses to calls within a resonable time. The location is closed to highways and parkways and within easy distance to supermarkets, restaurants and close to the airport.. The place, however, is not that close to Fort Myers Beach or the Sanibel Island. But the cost of rental is superbly reasonable and I will definitely recommend it for potential renters.

    Very nice resort.

    Very nice resort. Stayed here while doing work on our house in fort Myers that has damage from the hurricane. The staff here was very helpful since we had a small issue with booking through booking.com. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place for other people to stay here. Stayed here almost 2 weeks.

    Harassment cops called twice was totally he will give me back my money which he did not after I clean the place and left Immediately do not go to this place he has a door ring bell he listens to everything there’s no privacy he calls the cops if there is more than two people in the home he will kick you out and take all your money no matter how many days you have paid for so that he can keep the money

    I have stay several times at this hotel and I like it very much. Breakfast is very good, rooms are very constable, very clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are so constable. The private restroom is clean and I can have hot water showers at any time. A+. The staff is sooooooooo courteous. Mr. Duane, the Hotel Manager was so polite. I felt at home and will come back. Thanks so much for this wonderful experience.

    A reasonable hotel for the cost. In a quiet neighborhood with easy access to main thoroughfare. Really good staff! The fridge was smaller than pictured, maybe 20" high & wide. The room was clean & neat, but small. The bathroom could do with a little TLC. Nothing was a miss, just a little tired. Comfy bed, loud a/c unit. Breakfast could use a few healthier options.
