The smell of the hotel from the moment you walked through the doors. It smelt fresh and clean compared to other hotels in Vegas. Staff were super polite, approachable and friendly and answered our many many questions. Restaurants inside all of amazing quality. Highly recommend.

The second front desk person was great, we arrived an hour before checkin, was told our room wasn’t ready. I waited 45 mins after checkin began before going back to front desk, room was still not ready, we were graciously upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise!

Treasure Island was perfect for us, not too big, good restaurants and Cirque de Soleil was right there for our enjoyment. Vegas was great, TI is within easy walking distance of many of the major events, such as the High Roller and the Sphere. If any thing was too far away, taxis and Lyft are priced quite reasonably and easy to get.

Busy city that has a different personality during the day than at night. The city was being configured for a formula 1 Grand Prix race (F1GP), so the water feature at the Bellagio was not visible from the street (race set for 20-22 Nov 25). A number of homeless wandered the streets or were sleeping in noticeable places yet one did not feel unsafe. During the night hours, tacky, scantily-clad “showgirls” walked around in twos, many with only pasties over their nipples. If you do not want your children to be in this type of company, be forewarned!

I come to Vegas a lot I'm from California and I like to hit all the restaurant spots people say it's expensive but if you look on YouTube you can find some great deals on Fremont and even on the strip or outside the strip you can find some cheap eats so that's what I do when I come to Vegas very often to see friends and hang out on the nightlife on the strip or on Fremont just walking seeing people having a great time soon one day I would live here

The hotel was perfectly ok for 3*, good location on Strip, a convenient free tram to Luxor and Mandalay Bay, as well as a bridge to Luxor. My room was clean, quiet, and with nice view. The hotel's exterior appearance was totally kitschy (resembling a Disney princess castle rather than a medieval castle), but I liked it - I expected kitsch in Las Vegas, and I got it. :-)

It's Las Vegas in one hotel. The rooms are extremely quiet to say it's on the Strip. Gordon Ramsey burger is expensive but also the best burger I ever had. Casino is mind blowing. Miracle Mile shops are right outside. Rooms are highly luxurious and have a bath as well as shower, and an amazing view of Vegas and the Mountains.

Thank god I always do some research before booking hotels in order to set expectations right. The Plaza Hotel is a decent option to stay in Downtown Las Vegas for a cheap price. Room was outdated but clean and big enough. Beds were comfy and with good linen. Bathroom is quite small but functional.
