Friendly staff. Clean room. We have stayed here a few times before. Always on the second floor until this time. Idk if they updated all the rooms or only the bottom floor because the room we got was updated and had nicer amenities and furniture. Nicer fridge and bigger TV. The upstairs rooms are very outdated and need remodeling. But always clean. It is a decent place to stay in such a small town. There are no other better motels in a 30-mile radius. The price is fair for the place and we will stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Lots of parking, check-in was smooth. Our room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, location was quite at night right in the heart of the lovely town of Kosciusko

Always a good place to stay overnight near the Natchez Trace. We have stayed here many times.
