The location and quiet neighborhood were great for visiting the Natl. Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Knoxville Raceway. The only thing waking me up in the morning were the robin's chirping. The upstairs apartment felt spacious and was perfect for me traveling by myself. I appreciated the security of the property and how cozy it was, plus the great value! The host had good communication and was very responsive when the electronic lock had a minor issue.

Very nice hotel. It appears to be fairly new and was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection of items. We didn't use the (indoor) pool, but it was a decent size. They have a laundry facility as well (don't know specifics as we did not need to make use of the laundry).

Bathroom was so dirty shampoo was all over and hair like a handful spread around ..the bathtub drain didn’t even work …it has such an odd musty smell

Close to the Knoxville speedway.
