The hotel is not up kept.
The hotel is not up kept. Lots of maintenance problems need addressed. Blowdryer in the room burnt up and was smoking, I asked for a replacement but never replaced it in a 24 hr period.
Our tub was leaking a constant drip no one came to look. Electrical outlet cover was hanging off the wall.
Strange smokey smell in the hall ways
The noise level @ 2AM in the morning was unacceptable.
Cheaper isn't always better.

Think twice.
Think twice. If you are looking for elegance, cleanliness and a working swimming pool to relax, choose another location unless this one has been updated.
They have brochures of places to go. Easy getting around Kearneysville. Learned its in the middle of activities.
Things for children Luray Caverns was all that interested us.
We ate at the Martinsburg Diner. Were it is moderately priced and
quality was pretty good. Food was served HOT.

I stayed at thos hotel july 10th- July 14th it was absolutely horrible. No clean towels
Service was terrible, staff not friendly at all
. I would like a refund or credit for a different holiday inn

Nothing. Made a reservation because the booking app said it was pet-friendly. The hotel rep said no cats. Now I can't get my money back.
