Pool out of order and had been prior to covid.
Pool out of order and had been prior to covid. If it is out of service for long periods they should uptake their website info until it’s repaired. Specifically looked to stay in a hotel with an indoor pool for my 9 year old only to find out when arriving that it was out of service and would not refund my stay so that we could relocate to another property with a working pool. I felt uncomfortable like I was being stalked by the staff.
I felt uncomfortable like I was being stalked by the staff. It was very stressful and I’m surprised my daughter didn’t have a seizure with the stress. I’m glad it was only two days but I wish I’d of just paid one day because that was even too much.Guest review byDawnUnited States

We ended up staying a second night after having checked out earlier in the day, so we stayed in two rooms. Both were large and clean, showers were great, and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was good, but I have to say I was a little surprised it still concluded at 9:30 on weekend mornings. Didn't cause a problem though. Then u should have put us on the bottom floor they were asleep by 9! Every night and when the complaints where happening was during the day so people not understand kids will be kids….. the phone in the room was falling apart … the breakfast was ok ..
