We enjoyed eating lunch at Kim's off the square in...
We enjoyed eating lunch at Kim's off the square in Jacksonville. We also checked out the big baseball field by Passavant Hospital. My grandson's college team played there the week before, and I wanted to see what it looked like. It's a big complex with at least 4 baseball fields, and concession stand.
We also had the dinner buffet at Buffet King in Lincoln Square. Then visited several other businesses in Lincoln Square.
We checked out the business where the "Big Eli Ferris" wheel was made.

Hampton Inns are consistent. You know what you are getting, which is a slightly upscale experience. The lady checking us in put us on the side of the property away from the car wash next door, which was nice.

Staff was great. Room had Refrigerator and Microwave and cable TV. Parking seemed ample. It is actually a pretty decent cheap motel.
