We really liked the room. It was very comfortable, with a large refrigerator, stove, dishes. A comfortable curtain between the bed and the sofa. I really liked the many shelves and drawers, it was very convenient. The mattress on the bed was big and comfortable, and the pillows. Perfect for sleeping. And we absolutely did not hear the neighbors. We would love to stop there again !!!

    We live in SC and have spend a lot of time at all the beaches. For years Hilton Head was our preferred SC beach. Recently it has changed and not for the best. Isle of Palms seems to have kept its historic charm.

    IOP great - with one exception

    IOP great - with one exception The biggest attraction is the beaches- We spent a lot of money to enjoy the beaches To get here and find that a large portion of them were being worked on by heavy equipment was extremely troubling. Travelers should be forewarned of this type of activity when committing to accommodations and travel. Extremely upsetting

    Sea Cabin condos has its own private pier and beach access...

    Sea Cabin condos has its own private pier and beach access which is nice. They are close to restaurants with live music. IOP is nice for beach walks and has a laid back family vibe. There is a grocery store located right as you come into the island. It’s very easy to get around the island by car. We saw lots of runners and bike riders too. A big plus is in just a few minutes you can cross over the majestic Ravenel Bridge and be in charming historic downtown Charleston.

    The beach is Beautiful!

    The beach is Beautiful! Water is warm ,sand is soft but firm so walking was great . It is a lovely ! The condo we stayed at is part of The Dunes . We didn’t rent a car so we didn’t do any sight seeing (there is so much to see and do ) we were just there to simply enjoy the beach ! We did eat one night at Coastal Crest which is part of The Dunes which was excellent!! It is Italian food and pizza .Would highly recommend we had Italian dishes . They also have a restaurant on Mt Pleasant. We had an awesome week walking, swimming in ocean as well as pool and hot tub and simply relaxing !

    I absolutely love the proximity to the beach, just steps away. Only a few rooms have ocean views and are priced higher. Seemed expensive for the quality of the rooms though the beach and restaurant access are very favorable. Acme Lowcountry is very good for dinner or breakfast and walking distance. Many dining options close by.

    We stayed in Wild Dunes (this is gated), but we also drove...

    We stayed in Wild Dunes (this is gated), but we also drove into Isle of Palms for groceries and a seafood (little local store across from grocery). There are a number of restaurants in town as well: Acme is a must, others you can look up on TripAdvisor to decide. There is also a little park in IoP and a little town that you can walk around and shop in (has sidewalks). You can also drive into Sullivan's Island directly across the bridge. Downtown Charleston is only about a 25-minute drive as well and is a great place to go on days you don't want to go to the beach. We enjoy the people; they are very friendly and helpful. Be patient if you are driving. There is one road in and one road out in IoP, so open your windows and breathe in the ocean air, driving can be slow, but it is generally moving. This is not a healthy food area; make veggys and salads in your rentals, enjoy the grits+ at the restaurants, then walk that off on the beach.

    My sisters and I loved everything about this property! Upon entereing the condo, we were so pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the rooms, the cleanliness, decor and the overall beachy vibe of the place. It was just perfect for our needs and 2 of my sisters from Atlanta want to come back to this property in the near future. We will have memories for a lifetime and give it 10 stars.

    It was in a great location with easy beach access. The main area was newly renovated. It had plenty of available parking. The front and back porch were comfortable to relax in the morning or evening. The kitchen seemed to have all new appliances that worked great and I was really glad they had a coffee machine that worked with keurig pods.

    Beautiful place only problem was view... looked at building. Couldn't get ocean view room because those aren't pet friendly and not told that... was told partial view...not. i If don't have dogs next trip I would definitely stay there in Ocean view room
