The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly! Talking to them was like you were talking to someone you had known forever! Our stay here was wonderful! Breakfast was good. The premise was very quiet, it was very nice not to hear any slamming doors all night long!

    I didn't like anything.

    I didn't like anything. She didn't answer doorbell, so I had to call her to let her know I was there. I didn't know room was on second level and I have a great deal of difficulty climbing stairs. Even when I told her this, she didn't help getting luggage up, I had to ask another client to help me. The refrigerator was defrosting and full of water in the bottom, but I needed it, so she plugged it back in but didn't remove the water. The room was very hot - I had to put a box fan on a chair to blow on me all night and then move it when I was getting ready. The shared bathroom didn't lock on my side, so others could enter my room from the bathroom, it felt very unsafe. I couldn't wait to leave and didn't go back for my second night booking.

    The front desk staff was good at check in but when I had a problem with the toilet not flushing - it took maintenance forever to come check on it. Then we moved to another room and then the tv remote control wasn't working and then maintenance never showed up. Sent the General Manager an email and its been 5 days later and I still haven't heard anything from them.

    The hotel is close to shopping and eating, so location is great. However, it is very noisy, rooms are not sound proof like they say and you feel like you're in a club not a hotel. So if you want some rest this may not be the place to stay. No sleep at sleep in.

    Convenient for us. Sams Club close by. Home Depot close by. Dixie Delight is close by. Convenient for Kohls, Home Goods, Target. Next to AMC movies. We will be back in April. We have stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites, Best Western, all in Hiram also. Sleep Inn was a little nicer and more convenient for us. We were there for Christmas for our grand daughter. Continental breakfast was good. Clean, comfortable beds, nice showers.

    I enjoyed the convenience of the location right in town for a okay price. Staff was exceptionally nice I wish I got her name but who ever cooked or was the staff on breakfast on Mother’s Day was so polite and nice . She’s a great addition to the hotel. Front desk employees were very helpful when I couldn’t get my a/c working and was very polite.
