The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The front desk staff were all eager to help if they could. The room was clean well-stocked with toiletries and coffee/tea packages. The breakfast was just what I needed: yogurt, fresh fruit and cereal. The hotel was located within easy walking distance to a couple restaurants and stores.

Wonderful house, quiet location, nice dogs, great hosts. Barry has a collection of music boxes, a player grand piano, and old Victorian victrolas, that are great entertainment of long ago. I will definitely stay there again id I ever make it back to my dear Herkimer County!

We stayed in the Kingsland room and it was perfect! Very spacious, clean, comfortable, and cozy. Breakfast was fabulous. The little shopping area was a great addition as well as the coffee cart for early morning coffee!

The location was very important for us because we were attending the junior college basketball championships located at Herkimer College 5 minutes from the hotel. We did not try the complimentary breakfast.
