Happy Camp is a tiny, quiet town deep in the remoter part...
Happy Camp is a tiny, quiet town deep in the remoter part Northern California. Great jumping off spot for all things wilderness oriented. Come equipped with all you need. If you do forget something, there is a Ray's Food Place, a few restaurants and available gas. We came through to take in the most recent forest fires that have ravaged the land and experience the Klamath River after the dam removal. Pretty tough, resilient folks in this area. Lots of rebuilding and property clean up happening. Still a beautiful area, just in a more haunting way now with much of the forest gone.

The team working here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Really appreciated their easy kindness and just having a calm check-in process as we got in after dark. Very cute cups of freshly planted daffodils blooming in the lobby and in every room. This is a sweet little spot to stay for any visit you make passing through Happy Camp.

I had a great experience staying in this hotel! Stayed there for 3 nights with 2 of my dogs. Hotel room was super clean and cozy, A/C worked perfectly even when it was 105F outside, WiFi had a great speed and allowed my to watch YouTube in high quality in the night time. Overall - great experience, no questions. Definitely recommend!

Great location in Happy Camp. Manager was congenial, knowledgeable and made my check-in and stay easy and comfortable. Beds were quite comfortable. Everything was well maintained and worked well.

Great location for walking the streets of Happy Camp….clean room, nice bed, fluffy towels…don’t need any more…the people running it could not be nicer😉
