I have just left after an impromptu stay bought about by Hurricane Ian and I can honestly say every single person I met working there made a rubbish situation better… from the check in late at night giving me a toothbrush and toothpaste to the lady getting me an Uber to the airport just now as I left… Thank you!! The bed was comfy, the room was clean etc but the people made it brilliant!!!!

Staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. Room far exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely the perfect layout and setup. Having a whole kitchen with counter space was fabulous. I wish there were more locations - would love to stay here again.

The front desk lady that check us in let us feel welcome. The next front desk gentleman that let us know the pool was closed at 9pm was very kind and even helped us to get our stuff together.

All was good. The fire alarm went off at 3:00am as someone was vaping in the elevator. Which actually turn out good for me as I had miss set my alarm for 3:10pm instead of 3;10am. This way I was up and made my flight.

We had a wonderful stay. There is a reception staff We never got his name, he is the most professional and friendly guy at any hotel front desk around the world (I have been arould the world). He wore bow tile and earings at the time We were at the hotel.

    When myself and my family arrived at the hotel on Thursday...

    When myself and my family arrived at the hotel on Thursday the 11th, we were greeted friendly desk person, the only thing wrong with it was the gentleman who first told us we didn't have a reservation, he said he couldnt find it. I told him it was booked by Booking's. Took the desk clerk about 15 minutes then he didnt understand that we wanted rooms next to each other. The room when we finally got to it was very clean. As the days went by the housekeeping wasn't doing a very good job, we came back to the hotel from being out all day on Sat. our rooms were not cleaned, no beds made everything looked horrible.

    It is always nice when a hotel surprises you with how nice the staff are and how clean the rooms are. I've never stayed in this area before and didn't know what to expect. If I need to go back to visit family for a holiday, then I will stay here.

    Nothing. This should not be classified as a hotel. It was clearly being used for long lets, with individual rooms sometimes full of people.

    I think the location is great. You could walk out the door and be in downtown Greer. A very quaint and beautiful town.
