Really enjoyed this hotel - we prefer staying in smaller hotels with some character, and this one fits the bill. Room was huge, with all required amenities, including a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and TV. Staff were excellent and very responsive: our toilet malfunctioned overnight and as soon as we reported it to the manager he came up and fixed it. Large window has a privacy shade where you can still see out, but others cannot see in, which was nice, as there are colorful flower boxes and plants outside on the railings. Location was fairly quiet, for the area, and you can easily walk to several stores and eateries. There are some parking spots under cover, which was nice, as it rained overnight.

    There is an Icon of a Drive thru similar to an In and Out, It is right next door. Its called the HAT. Its specialty is Pastrami sandwhiches. They have every thing else that you can grill. Awesome. I walk the 50 yards and get my pastami and enjoy in my room. It is a must try.

    Great balance between camping and a hotel. Our camping days are long over, so this worked perfectly for us. It's comfortable, exceptionally clean, with all the mod cons we needed. Everything has been thought of, including outdoor seating, washing up station and BBQ. High spec inside, we were very impressed.
