United StatesThe rooms are really big and spacious. There is a small kitchen but there are so many great restaurants nearby, we kept trying those! It's close to the Swamp Rabbit trail and we brought our bikes to ride there. It's right across the street from the new baseball stadium, which wasn't open while we were there. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Very clean room, plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner was name brand and refrigerator was easy to access and cold! Most places they're either hard to open or not cold enough. Very decent place, with nice breakfast variety. I've paid almost the same price for lesser accommodations at other places. Very happy with our experience! We'll definitely be back! Only complaint is it would be good if they supplied towels at pool area. Pool was clean and plenty of chairs and a table with chairs

IT WAS'NT VERY CLEAN. FLOORS NEEDED SWEEPING, MIRRORS WERE BAD LOOKING. I'D FIND A NICER PLACE NEXT TIME. BOOKED ON BOOKING.COM & THE PICTURES LOOKED NICE. I'VE STAYED AT OTHER LOCATIONS & WILL GO BACK EVEN THOUGH IT COST MORE

Picture and property needs to be updated bed uncomfortable floors wet and nasty bathrooms leaking
Undesirable guest around party drinking making noise all night couple fighting police called key card did not work and it did not come from hurricane Helene we where before the bad weather rooms smelled like moles after the city was lite up the hotel still had no power owner just a slum lord health department needs to shut it down. None of us where offer a discounted rate or anything never in life again

Room seemed to be newly renovated - clean, dry, working Airconditioning, Fridge, microwave, USB ports to charge my phone, TV...
Bathroom clean and well maintained.
Bed was a little bit soft, but as I was alone I was able to find right position to sleep well. Plenty of pillows to make my sleep comfortable.
Breakfast was very simple but what to expect for the price you pay in this hotel - waffles, toasts, muffin, cereals, yogurt, juice, coffee. Missing ham/cheese/eggs/fruits/vegetables.

Loved the new room. It was very nice! All the plug ins made it very nice, we were able to plug everything in and have it at our fingertips. We've been averaging being there once a month for a few days each time and we love staying there!! They treat us like family :)

Easy access in a good location. The beds were comfortable. Quality toiletries provided such as Dove soap and Paul Mitchell hair products. Overall, the room was pretty clean.
