Treated like a criminal.
Treated like a criminal. They don't speak fluent English so perhaps that was the problem but I don't believe so. I told them upon check in to add another day, when we called them for a check in time we also confirmed the addition of another day, gave them my credit card. Was in an accident on the 2nd day and my Mom called them. When I arrived back at the hotel they said I hadn't paid for a 2nd day and I was to leave immediately and go somewhere else. I tried to reason with them, my mom called them, it took several hours of going back and forth for absolutely no good reason, I was already upset from being in the accident, my truck was totalled and now these folks wanted to give me a hard time without provocation. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life, words cannot explain what they put me through.Guest review byMarkUnited States
