Search hotels in Doniphan, NE

I liked that the staff on-site was willing to listen to my concerns and remedy the situation. That is the only positive. The hotel property is located in the middle of a truck stop! The initial room’s A/C wasn’t working, the television didn’t work, the bed was less than inviting with two email flat pillows. I did walk down to the desk clerk and had to ask for two additional pillow with the pillow cases to put them in. The bathroom was so small you had to close the door to get into the shower. After three separate trips the the front desk clerk we were moved to a different room at the end of the hallway by the exit door. Although the room had A/C and a working TV.. the noise from people going in and out of the door was disturbing.

The website lists just the Suburban facility but I had to call the phone number listed to find it. Apparently it has merged with a Quality Inn which was the only sign available from the road. That needs to be clarified.
