PolandClean and nice place to stay for one or a few nights. Well communicated for tourists. Room was spacious, WIFI was working fine. Service was supportive. There was new payment way for washing mashines with some issues with payments with card. But the service helped us and we were able to do the laundry in the hotel nearby.

Bedrooms are quiet and nicely arranged in a Louisiana style. There is a large parking place next to the hotel. Good food is served at the restaurant, and Gonzales offers a large choice of restaurants at a 30-min drive from the hotel. Lovely place located in a renovated and partly converted historic building in close proximity to the Mississippi River and historic Donaldsonville. Very friendly and helpful staff. We got assigned to a spacious room with a large window-front (but there's indeed windowless rooms there as well...). The room was quiet and clean with comfortable bed, a fridge and a tv-set.
