Perfect for a family holiday. Children loved the pool and the games room. Well equipped with everything that was needed and more, was well thought out.. The house was amazing and we really appreciate getting us in on such short notice. We wish we could have stayed another week. Would most definitely go back and or recommend to others. There were lots of places to shop and eat. Love Firstwatch we go when ever we can, great food.

Everything was exceptional. Lovely house, pictures actually look like what is being depicted. Very clean space with a lot of room for large or small families. We will most certainly be coming back to visit!

Our stay was only 13 miles from Disney but due to the horrific traffic, it took us an hour each morning to make the trip there. If you're going to Disney, do yourself a favor and stay on the north side of Route 4.

The location of the home was amazing, and the water park is...

The location of the home was amazing, and the water park is walking distance from the home. The water park could use a bit more amenities it was very basic. My home was ok, but it could use some help in upkeeping the condition of the home. The furniture could use some updating especially the sofa and the patio cushions. The staff could be a little bit more welcoming when entering the entrance of the waterpark. And the bigger water slide was not working for my entire 5 day stay. The lazy river was a bit too lazy for me. But that's just my opinion.

We went to relax by the pool but the area was close enough to shops, restaurants etc to suit those wishing to do more. The area itself was well maintained and quiet. A car is essential but there was a lovely golf club around a 10 minute walk from our villa. It was open to anyone for breakfast, lunch and drinks but closed around 5pm.

The perfect accommodation for our holiday. Located 30 minutes from Disney (longer with traffic ofc), it is located a little outside of the main tourist area, which we really liked. Lots of space, and the outdoor area is also really nice. The pool ended up being a bit cold without heating, but it was quite easy to get ahold of the owner to arrange payment and to get the heater on. I will definitely consider booking this villa again next time we’re in town

Very spacious and clean. The pool area was lovely and the beds were really comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. The living area was modern but felt homely. After a disaster with a previous property the hosts were very accommodating to our last minute request to stay here and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend and would stay here again 😊

This house was fully equiped for all your needs. Owner was very reasponsive to requests and issues. In a lovely area close enough to the parks etc without being on international drive. This is our 3rd time of using villas and would return to this villa again. Reading the reviews previously all issues listed in them have been resolved.

I didn't like it at all, small cockroaches in the room and large cockroaches walking in the hallway, dirty walls in the room, the toilet seat very old. The truth is that this hotel needs URGENT renovation.
