Through no fault of my own a double booking was made, and when trying to straighten it out, I was treated rudely and did not, in any way, warrant the hostile responses that I received. My husband, whom the room was booked for, actually left after one night due to the room being unacceptable.

The rooms were ok. Bed was a bit creaky. Liked the wood floors rather than carpeting. Too noisy. Right by the highway. Nice free breakfast area Staff was pleasant. Price of room should be more budget friendly for what it is

Friendly, helpful staff. Filled room request without a problem. Made room reservations for a future event, no problem, very helpful. Room was clean. Only showered and slept there, out the rest of the day at a convention so didn't really get to use any amenities or see what was available.

Danville has alot of history beautiful town great food and an amazing children's hospital that saved my child's life and continues providing my child with quality health care...Stay at the pine barn....

I had formerly written about a $50 charge that I was charged on the night I checked in. The charge was NOT dropped the next morning. I was charged the extra $50 on my credit card. I called the hotel about this. The woman who answered my call took care of the issue quickly and professionally and, when I checked on my credit card statement, the charge was indeed dropped. Thanks, Jamie, for taking care of this issue.
