I don't think I actually had any interaction with Damon.

I don't think I actually had any interaction with Damon. The person that I spoke with, his name was Matt I do believe. So, if Damon has a property manager taking care of things, they need to communicate about some of the issues we experienced at his property. Their A/C unit still needs some work, the dish washer may need some maintenance, the ceiling in one of the bedrooms has spots where water from the A/C unit in the attic has created damage. The oven needs to be checked - I used the oven once, when I was done, I turned all of the buttons off for the stove/oven, however....when we returned to the kitchen it was back on, & the temp was even higher. We worked with it for quite some time, our last resort was going to be pulling the stove out and pulling the plug. Some info on how to use the dishwasher would help. A bit of cleaning in the entry way would help, and the flowers in the pots need some attention too. When guest are on sight, asking the lawn company to come a little later in the morning would be nice. There weren't coffee filters to use on the small maker. Because of all the problems with the A/C it really put a damper on our plans for Saturday - it was frustrating. We feel like we should receive some type of compensation for having to deal with the A/C issues and how this disrupted our being able to spend the entire day with family. I rely heavily on reviews, I'm just not one to sugar coat a review...that being said I have to be honest about our experience. Not every review is going to be super positive. Not trying to hurt someone's feelings, just giving the facts as they related to our stay.
