Room was clean and beds were comfortable. I really liked the soap and lotion dispensers in bathroom rather than individually packed one. Better for the environment. The breakfast was great with variety foods to pick from. Warm eggs omelette, waffles, fruits, grits etc.

Plenty of space to leave your luggage, also,plenty of space in the bathroom for all the bits and pieces one carries around. For once a shower where the water doesn’t leak out onto the bathroom floor. Great!!! A lot of pillows, great duvets. Only drawback was the noise from the street. Hassle free check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again. Close to restaurants and coffee shops

Best hotel ever. Everything was so great from checking in, staff so helpful and courteous, hotel cleanliness was 100%. Definitely the best hotel for cleanliness and staff professionalism we have ever stayed in and we have been travelling to the USA for vacation the last 30 years are were very impressed with the hotel. "An excellent standard hotel, we are very satisfied. We arrived late in the evening, almost at night. The indoor pool was already officially closed, but the receptionist said it's no problem, she would make an exception for us. The indoor pool was luxurious - with towels, showers, toilets, etc. It was pleeasant to know that the customer is cared for. The rooms were spacious and clean, the whole hotel seemed to be very clean - not only the rooms, but also the rest of the customer-accessible area. The hotel also featured a large, lit and free above-ground parking, large TVs, comfortable beds, and carpeted floors in the room. A new and immaculate building".

The breakfast was good and freshly prepared with helpful and friendly staff. The only problem was the fire alarm which cleared the hotel in the middle of the night. Fire brigade attended but it was a false alarm. The provision of a kettle to make tea in the room would have been good but none was available when we asked
