Hotel and as close to my son’s party location and made it convenient for transporting stuff back and forth. Other than that the hotel was pretty average nothing special or worth the price point. Definitely reconsidering my next stay when in the Coldwater area.

Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 1 review
It was better than the pictures and they were amazing it’s a smaller lake but plenty big enough for a ski boat not much traffic so plenty of flat water especially early Coldwater has all you need for food and supplies loved the upper deck and fire pit

This place is a scam. I booked it then showed up saw that the pool was closed. Canceled my stay and they still charged me. Don't go to this hotel.
