It just needs to be cleaner in the lobby and other areas.
It just needs to be cleaner in the lobby and other areas. There was a cat hanging around the front entrance all weekend. The trash cans out front look dirty; hand sanitizers have mud stains in the drip basins. Check in staff is slowwwwww!

The breakfast was good with many choices. The staff was helpful and courteous. My biggest concern was the condition of the hotel. It needs to be upgraded and improved. Our room showed worn carpet. The bathroom had chipped tile and unclean grout. The toilet tissue holder was bent and the tissue kept falling off. We stayed 2 nights and had to ask for extra towels. We had enough for 1 night. These are all things that can be easily fixed and make your customers want to come back.

I really enjoyed our stay here! Very convenient location. Good hot breakfast. I saw a negative review for the kittys in the parking lot but they were the highlight of my stay. If you don’t like adorable cats greeting you with great customer service- this is not the hotel for you.

Very friendly and clean facilities. People in other rooms were a little loud but the hotel couldn't do anything about that problem unless they got sound proof rooms. Our stay was great

The towels and room looked dirty. Only thing I liked about the hotel was that it was 8 minutes away from my godson school. And not far from highway.
