This place is not for a family or kids because the night we staied there they had hookers, loid music and noise throughout the night. we were there for our Son's wedding so we were in festive mode anyway. We also stayed at a hotel in Otay Ranch Town Center which was much closer to all of the Wedding activities and Wedding. Lots of good places to eat and things to do there. We like the Rambler because it is more centrally located to all of the San Diego area and is really easy to get in and out of. We prefer to stay at Hotels that are not the homogenous chain type and that have a more local flavor which The Rambler certainly has. We look forward to our next stay at the Rambler. The bathroom is infested with cucarachas / 🪳 roaches They were everywhere on top of the sink and on my tooth brush I had to trowed it away The complete bathroom had an horrible smell I asked for a king size bed and I got a queen size Not a single chair to sit on There was no comforter ! Also it’s very close to everything we went to stay for Sesame place and it was pretty close so was the mall restaurants stores and gas stations.
