Very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast options great; however on the Sunday morning, there were 2 sports teams there so breakfast was not as appealimg; i.e., a number of items were gone and seating was sparse. Perhaps specific times could be considered for sports teams to accommodate your other guests.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. I really liked the soap and lotion dispensers in bathroom rather than individually packed one. Better for the environment. The breakfast was great with variety foods to pick from. Warm eggs omelette, waffles, fruits, grits etc.
