The charm of this property is the burbling brook and the bucolic setting. It is a comfortable home really in the country. I am sure it would be delightful in the warmer weather although the wood burning furnace in the living room would toast up easily. We didn't need it. Our trip was designed to enjoy Shelbourne Falls and the Ashland fair, both of which were entertaining.
