We stayed here after having flown into JFK airport at the start of our New England Roadtrip. Good hotel with comfortable beds and large rooms. Very friendly staff and a restaurant serving good meals. There was a well stocked mini market on site. The hotel was clean and well maintained and parking was plentiful. We don’t generally stay in chain hotels but this was a perfect convenient stop for us.

Great place- clean, quiet, great pool, lots of room, safe area, great breakfast. If you are looking to shop this location is great. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Excellent stay.

    Loved the place: friendly staff, breakfast was included, they have a gym and pool facility. Our stay was very pleasant and would return here again. It is not standard to get a room clean every day, but it is possible if you ask the night before or morning of. Loved the room, had a bedroom, lounge room and kitchen area which was quite spacious, with large windows to let light in also. In walking distance to shops and supermarkets.

    Originally from a near by township with limited decent places to stay. I chose to drive to Carle Pl. It has restaurants, a mall, gas station. Its easy to maneuver around Long Island from there. A safe area. Hotel was immaculate. Full breakfast included. Staff was fiendly and helpful.

    Not for the heavy vacationer or particular eater. No bag storage if waiting between check out and evening international departure. Breakfast sandwiches not edible. Some other mix of something was tolerable. Had better even in NYC. Good eatout located close by. Walked 15 minutes to grab some fettuccine Alfredo made fresh by a local pizza/pasta place for lunch.

    I loved the stay here and the staff were super friendly and attentive. There is a multitude of stores, restaurants within close proximity to the hotel. Unfortunately, when we came the pool was out, which is one of the main reasons for coming with the kids. However, I will be returning pretty soon to finish out the summer. I love the area and the vibe is super nice.

    It's time to change the couch.

    It's time to change the couch. The wifi didn't work the tv remote control didn't work the batteries were dead. I was on the 3rd floor and I had to go to the 1st floor to get ice the pool area smelled

    So, initially I was extremely pleased with this location.

    So, initially I was extremely pleased with this location. Stay wise, we had a wonderful time. However my husband looked at his credit card statement this morning and realized that they never refunded us the $250 deposit they ask for. The concierge said it would be released the very next day and it has been a week and nothing. When we called she said it was released already but it is not on the card. What is going on???!! We left the room exactly as we found it, minus messy beds. We should have been refunded our deposit. This is an unnecessary headache and needs to be resolved asap.

    Hotel OK and in a good location for what we wanted. However, we had an issue with housekeeping not being done. I raised this with the front desk and they were very slow and unresponsive. I raised it the next day with the duty manager who promised to contact me - no response. I raised it with the Hotel Manager - no response. Useless customer service - don;t stay here.

    Property and rooms are clean. Staff is super friendly. Check-in was super simple. Parking is free. Refundable damage deposit is US$100. The location is perfect if you want to walk around. Lots of shopping and eating around the area. 2 minutes from the Carle Place Train Station to get into the city.
