Nearby state park has a lovely beach. Ocean side has wildlife refuge with great bird watching. Amazing kayaking in the estuary. Town has boardwalk and old Victorian Houses. I love the small town feel.
I love the small town feel. The free beach and parking are awesome. The town has cute shops, nice restaurants and a couple of breweries. And if you need more excitement, VAB is only 45 minutes away.Guest review byMaryUnited States - 4.0
The beach was good.

So much to enjoy in this charming area.
So much to enjoy in this charming area. Main Street in Cape Charles offers everything including various lodging and dining options, sightseeing, and shopping. There are beaches nearby including one adjacent to Jack's Spot at Sunset Beach (Sunset Beach is a great multi-lodging-option resort!)
