The location is perfect for event at the KeyBank Center. Did pre check in from the email they sent and our room was ready when we got there at 2:40. Fridge was already plugged in which was great. Was also able to get a parking spot so that was great too.

We booked an apartment where smoking is allowed by mistake and were scared that we would have to stay there, but the staff immediately changed our room to the non smoking one which was super nice. Breakfast was fine, rooms and beds were super cosy, and what is also worth mentioning was Troy that adviced us about the Niagara trip. He told us very interesting stories and made our trip easy. Also the area of the hotel is safe and full of nice places to sit, don’t miss Colter Bay for food and drinks - you won’t regret going there.

    We were here just one day, but were impressed by the architecture. Would have loved to spend more time exploring neighborhoods and checking out the architecture. We had an excellent dining experience near our hotel (The Edward). If in Buffalo, try Mother's. Cozy vibe, great food and cocktails, reasonable prices.

    I liked being able to go to Niagara Falls in Canada. I also liked the history of Buffalo. It really is a cool city. I wouldn't mind going again in a different season. We ate at a couple of brewerys. We also enjoyed the pastries at the butter block?

    I grew up near Buffalo but don't make a habit of coming back too often. It has been nice to see how the city's evolved and I actually might have to start coming back for leisure instead of just a travel hub!

    I have a love for great food and brew.

    I have a love for great food and brew. Wings at Gabriel's - Awesome!! The Griffon Gastropub in Niagara Falls (Military Road) - EXCEPTIONAL!! The food and service was really great, and the beers, hats off to the brewer! Wish they bottled it or sold it here! Thank you!! Heard good things about Mother's - don't go there if you are in town for a football game and root for an opposing team as the chef may not be nice.

    Buffalo is coming back. Lots of gentrification.

    Buffalo is coming back. Lots of gentrification. Lots of hipsters running good restaurants. Historically it is as fascinating as St Louis. I had no idea it was the Silicon Valley of the US at the turn of the 20th century. Tesla and Westinghouse and the Erie Canal before really had an impact. The architecture is historic. The Art Museum is a National Treasure. As is the Frank Lloyd Wright and its neighborhood

    The weather in late August was amazing!!

    The weather in late August was amazing!! Absolutely beautiful. Visited the Ellwood neighborhood, on a Saturday. Live music, food trucks, vendors and cute places to shop. So many people out in such a beautiful neighborhood! You MUST drive over to see Niagara Falls US side and visit the state park!!

    This is a 120-odd year building, which has had some updates (at some point?), but still has that old hotel vibe. The front desk check-in was extremely easy, and the staff were friendly. The room itself was clean, spacious, with a table to sit at, tv (did not use), large closet, shower had hot water. The location was also easy to get to and they had on-site parking beside the building.

    Very nice hotel in a very convenient location with easy access to various place both in and out of the city. There were so many places to eat in the area. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. My wife loved the spa tub in the room. The pillows were amazing, so full and fluffy.
