The staff was wonderful. The hotel smelled so good when I walked in. The hotel was beautiful. Loved the restaurant southern craft that was beside it. The roof top bar and seating area was really nice at the hotel. Loved the amenities. The bed was so comfortable and the staff took great care of us. We were on an anniversary trip.

The standard suite was perfect and cozy. The fireplace kept the room super warm, and while the jacuzzi tub was my reason for booking this room, we didn't use it. Just ran short of time. I liked everything about this place.

    The whole experience was terrible.

    The whole experience was terrible. I ll never book another room with this entity! It was so bad I couldn’t even stay there. I booked another hotel 20 minutes away for $33 more and it was great!!! And I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just got out of there as fast as I could. DO NOT STAY THERE unless you’re into that sort of place.

    Bristol is a small city that has become a music event...

    Bristol is a small city that has become a music event destination because of its country and oldtime music heritage. It is close to the Virginia Creeper bike trail {although that was heavily damaged in recent flooding}, and is surrounded by beautiful mountains.

    i was just stopping for the night, before finishing my journey back to N.C. the motel 6 was located in a very convenient spot There was a Walmart nearby and other stores, as well as many eateries. The manager gave me directions to Buffalo wild wings. It was within a couple of miles of the Motel 6.

    The staff was very courteous and professional. booking.com however, was almost impossible to deal with hours on hold, trying to get a refund for a day I never had. The hotel released me but booking.com would not refund my money. Never worked with the third-party. My suggestion is use them to see the rates and then go to the

    Bristol is very beautiful but the police are very rude we got pulled over for forgetting to turn the headlights on on the rental car and they made my friend take sobriety test lol and we don’t drink and only because the lights didn’t come on automatically

    Great location. Convenient to both Bristol VA and Bristol TN. This is a no frills place to stay. The staff is exceptional and the bed is comfortable. There is no breakfast - please don’t complain that there wasn’t one provided as the description clearly indicates that there is no breakfast offered. These are nice people offering a convenient place to stay

    Very nice hotel, super comfortable, clean, cosy. The bed were super comfortable, all fluffy - the mattres, the pilows and the blanket. The breakfast was orderede by menu, super rich and tasty. The loby - very pleasant. There are also the outdoor pool. Really nice, safe place to stop by, when you were on the road.
