GOOD MORNING, I JUST WANTED TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW, THE LOCATION (IN MY CASE) IS VERY COMFORTABLE, FIRST I HAVE AN ARGENTINE STORE, ON THE CORNER (GRAZIANO'S) THEN I HAVE CONTINUOUS FLOWS TO SAWGRASS MILLS, HOLLYWOOD BEACH, AVENTURA MALL AND SEMINOLE HARD ROCK CASINO, THE AREA OF THE HOTEL IS IDEAL TO GO AND COME IN A LITTLE TIME, SINCE STAYING IN DOWNTOWN IS TEDIOUS TO ME, THE DISTANCE AND THE DELAY DUE TO TRAFFIC CONGESTION. Me and my fiancé rented a room for 14 days. We felt very welcomed by John and Marvin. We came after our check-in, but that was no problem as we were given good and clear instructions on how to self check-in! The room was great and had everything we needed. Big and comfy beds, tv's in both living room and bedroom, and modern AC that worked really well. The kitchen had everything we needed when we decided to eat in! Also free wifi in our rooms and by the pool which was great. The location was also good; we rented a car (1 free parking spot per apartment which was perfect for us) and it was an easy drive to different grocery stores nearby and a short trip to hollywood beach. If you wanna do some exploring, most things are just a little drive away (i.e miami beach, ocean drive etc). Even though this place is located near the road, we were never bothered with noise or any other problems. John was the guy we met the most, and he was so kind and helpful. He always had time if we had any questions, or if we just needed tips about the area. The cleaning staff were also so nice to us! Overall we felt that we got great value for our money. All the other people we met during our stay was quiet and showed respect. Great place for families, couples, or if you're just passing through. Thanks guys! :)

Location is perfect ! The hotel is beach front in a very nice building next to the Porsche and trump towers buildings , and the rooms are just unbelievable. I had the bad luck I had a construction next to my room but the windows were sound proofed so didn’t hear a thing . The rooms view was spectacular , having both bay and beach view . Would recommend 100% .

Everything pretty much brand new, was exceptionally clean and that’s the main thing I always worry about when travelling, staff are exceptionally helpful always a speedy reply to WhatsApp messages, also very safe no access to the public despite not having someone on the front desk 24/7

We enjoyed the entire experience that everything was in one place. The selection of restaurants was excellent. The lobby was beautiful and staff very friendly. The pool area and outdoor space was kept very clean and lots of lounges were available. Free parking was also greatly appreciated.
