love the location and the rooms are lovely although I didn’t have a fan so the room was very hot. the next day Rose was able to help. Rose is excellent and provides great service and really goes that extra mile for guests, she is thoughtful and efficient. Buney cooked for us and the food was lovely. a better selection of dry red wine would be great and some better mixers like Tonic and Coke Zero.

The staff was absolutely amazing, especially Moses, Sonia, and Doreen, and the rest of the team were all excellent, kind, and very helpful. The place was very good, clean, and beautiful. I will definitely come back if I visit Uganda again

Lake Victoria view ın the morning is breathtaking. Victoria Mall is on walking distance. Food is great. Very friendly staff, hotel manager Phiona, and Allen, Constance, Blessing were my best friends during my stay.
