I had a wondweful stay at this hotel! The staff provided exquisite treatment, always friendly and attentive to any needs I had. The breakfast was a delighful highlight included in the stay and featuring the high quality, authentic products of Uganda. The generous portions truly made my mornings special, it is indeed renowned for its high quality coffee and delicious frutis such as mangoes, pineapples, bananas and passion fruits, are enjoyed. The owners and the hotel team are genuinely kind and fantastic people, making the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for a warm and authentic Ugandan hospitality experience!

"I stayed two nights at the Okra Hotel in Busambaga/Entebbe on the way back to Brussels and we would have loved to stay longer. The staff is very welcoming. The meals are excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. A shuttle links the hotel with the airport of Entebbe. Last but not least: you can relax on the roof top with a beautiful view on the city and the Victoria Lake. I hope to come back in the near future to discover the beautiful country of Uganda and will definitely stay at the Okra Hotel in Busambaga/Entebbe again."

We stayed at JET Villa during our last days in Uganda, and it was the perfect place to end our trip. Nestled in a peaceful, green neighborhood, it felt like a tranquil retreat while still being within walking distance of everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better! The villa itself is cozy, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Shamim, the manager, is simply amazing—she goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that guests feel welcome. Her kindness and helpfulness really stood out. Benjamin greeted us with his warm smile and made us feel right at home. We’re also grateful to Isaac for taking such good care of us. A special thanks to Samuel, who was so helpful with his tuk-tuk. Not only did he help us get around, but on our last day, he took us to the airport early in the morning and even played music during the ride. It was such a thoughtful and fun way to end our trip—a perfect final touch! If you’re looking for a warm, easy, and welcoming place to stay, JET Villa is absolutely the place to be.

I was impressed by the hotel’s chic and modern decor, which created a stylish and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were exceptionally big and comfortable, with plush bedding and tasteful furnishings that made for a relaxing stay. Their helpfulness truly enhanced my experience. especially appreciated when I had to make a trip to the airport in the middle of the night to collect a colleague. Their assistance with arranging transportation and their understanding of my situation made the experience much smoother. Staffs are really nice and kind. Especially we are big fans of Joseph. He kindly help us to arrange our tours and support everything we need.(We come back to the hotel after tours, even we already checked out, to see Joseph again) Garden, open-air restaurant and pool were also very nice. It was great experience and we want to visit there again if we go to Uganda next time too.

The airline had lost our luggage and the staff truly went out of their way to help us. We are so grateful for their help. And the location was wonderful and the view is so great, we had monkeys in our backyard! Cannot recommend this highly enough!
