I very much enjoyed my stay! It was very clean, the room was nice and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting very good. The service was very nice and the workers friendly and helpful. You can easily reserve a parking spot and it won’t be taken by someone while you’re absent (it’s a parking outside). The building is very new and everything is in good condition and works perfectly. You get a nice fridge and A LOT of place for all of your stuff. I mean, there is a huge wardrobe and additional storage space under the table. The bathroom is very clean, big, very nice and the shower is just awesome as you have the “rain” mode! Luckily the hotel is equipped with an A/C for hot days and perfectly working generator. The room was equipped with a new Smart-TV, so you won’t need to bring your chrome cast with you, as did I, and you can quickly log in to your streaming-accounts. The reception is ready to welcome at any hour (as long as you warn them about your late arrival or early departure. The prices are correct and the minibar is surprisingly not overpriced. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back!

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning. They promptly provided us with another room as we were not satisfied with the first one. It was my birthday, and they surprised us with a small cake; a 'Happy Birthday' was also sung. It was just wonderful!! We liked the interior and tasteful decor the most. It should also be mentioned that the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone and therefore in the center of Lviv, making everything easily accessible on foot.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I did not expect to stay in a modern, nicely designed hotel when I found out I would have to travel to war-torn Ukraine for a conference. Ferenc Hotel is centrally located in Lviv, on a very quiet side street. The rooms are spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern - the water pressure in the shower was brilliant. Breakfast was à la carte at the time of our stay, cooked fresh to order, and was absolutely fantastic. A wonderful hotel, and a great place to stay in Lviv!
