The double ensuite room in the guest house is very clean and comfortable. The shared lounge room is a nice place to chat with other guests and the lovely hosts, who will give you a very warm welcome. The location is very convenient to the airport. To reach the CBD takes about 30-40 minutes by Boda or Bajaji. There's a small shop around the corner but not much else immediately nearby, but you can order drinks and food from the menu.

We really enjoyed staying at BabaJay House. It is close to the airport (15 minutes drive) and airport transfer was easy organized with BabaJay, everything went well. We had to depart at 4:00 in the early morning and Brown drove us himself to the airport. We had great food, dinner and breakfast, in Brown’s private dining room in the house. It was really huge and delicious, just cooked for us and a lot of fresh fruit. we never could eat all of the food. We really loved the family atmosphere and warm welcome, as well that we could stay where local people manage the place. We could also use the garden. Thank you for the great stay in your place, Brown!

I really don’t know where to start. Staying here made me feel like part of the family. Every single person here was incredibly warm, accommodating, kind and just humane. I went away on a trip and booked here as a stopover. Whilst on my actually trip, I felt that I couldn’t wait to come back. The food is incredible, the rooms and comfortable. Tony, my host and driver, is a very friendly and interesting man to talk to. My stay was very short but, very worthwhile! I learnt many interesting things despite my 19 years in Tanzania. His accommodation is more like a Homestay so, if you would like to experience genuine Tanzanian hospitality, this is the place to stay! The mango he served as part of my breakfast was unbelievably tasty. Tony even gave me 2 to take home to my family. I experienced a very warm and genuine welcome. The amenities are not new but, everything was clean. For me, the short time spent talking to Tony made the stay unforgettable.
