We spent almost two weeks there. A very interesting place, located by the ocean, in a landscape park, with a beautiful cliff beach, which is a tourist attraction. Its safe. The bungalow next to the restaurant is furnished with all necessary media and furniture, and the views from the bedroom or balcony are sensational. Restaurant at the highest level, well-thought-out menu, always fresh products, delicious food. Very nice and helpful staff, the boss Patrick is an extremely nice person, with interesting ideas and a life mission. In our opinion, this is a place for those who like nature, animals, who love Africa. The view of the ocean, the sound of the waves, the sounds of animals, delicious food and wonderful people - this is the magic of this place. An ideal place for contemplation, meditation and rest. Internet available in the restaurant and bungalows located nearby. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for more than one night.

I have just stayed for two weeks at this hotel, the property is so clean and the staff are literally the best team. The rooms are clean spacious and very traditional to Zanzibar. I have never felt more at home and more welcome by Ben and his team. The staff team have been like my family and have been so polite and always happy to help you with anything you need. The property has all you need, and the location is a short walk to the beach and to the shops. I want to just say thank you to all of them for this stay and to have got me through some bad news while I was over here. This hotel is a MUST if you go to Kizimkazi 👍

The calm far away from huge resorts is perfect if you want to embrace the "pole pole" lifestyle. The stunning sea view, the amenities, the people working there, food was nice with always a local option. They do everything for you to relax, forget everything else. Coco Reef Lodge is a small paradise in a beautiful location with thoughtful, sweet and kind owners and staff. I was there for my last two nights of my vacation and it had the serene peacefulness that I was looking for. It is right on the beach, surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of flowers, greenery, cats and chicken. The bungalows itself are very big and have a beautiful terraces to relax. The interior is simple and welcoming and matches the beach bungalow island vibe you can expect. I would always come back to this magical place and highly recommend it!

*A Peaceful Paradise with Purpose* Palmera Zanzibar is a serene oasis just outside a charming village. I loved the peaceful garden, the spotless infinity pool, and the magical ocean views—especially at sunset. The food was creative, delicious, and all homemade (including fresh breads and cakes!). My room was beautifully decorated, with a comfy bed, sea view, and solar-powered AC—much appreciated in the heat! What makes Palmera truly special is its mission: it’s part of the More Than A Drop Hospitality College, training underprivileged girls for careers in hospitality. The staff and students were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel safe and welcome. Highly recommended—for both the experience and the amazing cause behind it.

This place is one of the best accommodation I have had and even it is better than the photos in booking.com. It’s a real paradise very clean very well decorated very calm and peaceful just in front of the beach and you can see sunrise from your bed. On top of everything is the staff, they are super nice, kind and smiley that makes you feel very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and varied, they have best banana pancakes the only thing can be better than is the coffee. The restaurant has a good chef and they can prepare you the food as you want even if it is not in the menu. There are also other restaurants and hotels around for food in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place you will enjoy your time there.
