There is so much to say about this lovely hotel! The staff members are incredibly kind and always available to assist whenever you need them. They decorated our room for my fiancé’s birthday surprise and even offered us a small bento cake. It was so cute! Regarding the location, the hotel is only about 35 minutes from the airport and close to Paje, but it’s a bit far from the northern part of the island. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and offer a beautiful view of the pool and the beach — especially the Mafia 1 room. The food was delicious, and the scent inside the rooms was simply divine. I was in love with it! Even our clothes came back from the laundry smelling amazing. The spa is cute, and the massage was relaxing — I truly recommend it. The ladies there really know what they’re doing!

Menai Bay Bungalows is such a beautiful place. It's the only accommodation in this bay, so you are just on your own at the beach. It's one of the very very few spots on Sanzibar which aren't very crowded. Each person of the staff is so friendly and speaks English very well. We had very nice conversations especially with the managing person and he is such a nice guy. All the staff gives the place such a nice, comfortable, feeling at home atmosphere. They organised fir us a kayak mangrove trip and a snorkeling trip on a traditional sailing boat for very cheap prices. they even bargained for us. the food is just amazing. We could create a vegetarian meal, which the very friendly chef cooked just for us. You sleep in very cofty huts surrounded by a beautiful garden with a huge old Baobab tree. that makes the atmosphere very peaceful und naturaly. there is a clean swimming pool and very nice chill-out place like hammocks, sun beds, ... and all with sea view. We enjoyed our stay a lot :))

My stay was perfect.The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. My room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and I loved the convenience of being close to everything. The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated.

My family loved staying here. It is bio-friendly and a great way to experience the forest. The official park is a few meters away, so that you can see most of the park around the hotel. Walking around the property at night and hanging out during the day, you'll see incredible wildlife and fauna. We saw bush babies a few meters from our room. The monkeys tend to come in the afternoon. It is an eco-lodge, like staying at a campsite with amenities and clean cabins. If you are looking for a complete nature experience, this is perfect for you--if you need to be pampered, it's not the place for you. The restaurant is excellent. Anyone visiting the park should ask their driver or tour company to include lunch there. They have a lovely porch where you can hang out or have meals. If you have a late lunch, you'll probably see the monkeys.

Our stay at BT Cottage was a thoroughly enjoyable experience marked by exceptional hospitality and a serene atmosphere. The villas provided spacious, well-appointed accommodations with comfortable beds and a cozy living area, complemented by lush gardens and a shared pool. On our final day, we savoured a breakfast prepared by Chef Foared Gadson, featuring a diverse selection of fresh, expertly prepared dishes served on a rooftop terrace with breathtaking ocean view. The property’s thoughtful service, peaceful surroundings, and excellent value made it an ideal retreat.
