There is so much to say about this lovely hotel! The staff members are incredibly kind and always available to assist whenever you need them. They decorated our room for my fiancé’s birthday surprise and even offered us a small bento cake. It was so cute! Regarding the location, the hotel is only about 35 minutes from the airport and close to Paje, but it’s a bit far from the northern part of the island. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and offer a beautiful view of the pool and the beach — especially the Mafia 1 room. The food was delicious, and the scent inside the rooms was simply divine. I was in love with it! Even our clothes came back from the laundry smelling amazing. The spa is cute, and the massage was relaxing — I truly recommend it. The ladies there really know what they’re doing!

The hotel is clean and has a lovely view over the Ocean. Rooms are Simple and clean, and it's peculiar to hear the sounds of nature in the night, birds and other animals moving around. Some people may not be used to that at first, but I found it fascinating. It's perfect especially if you are planning to spend just a couple of days in town. Less than 10 minutes from from the airport and less than 15 mins from city centre. A big thank you goes also the Hawa and Ali who took really special care of us!

Just got back from Zanzibar where we stayed at Mbweni Ruins & Gardens…. an idyllic place. The location to Ston Town and the airport makes it an ideal base for your stay….. situated in the islands most upscale neighbor hood, but directly on the beachfront. The atmosphere and character of the resort, makes it feel like bliss on earth. We enjoyed many dinners on the restaurant terrace, watching the sunset and soaking in the local culture. We were even able to attend the Traditional Swahili Cuisine Night that the hotel organizes together with the local Msonge Organic Family Farm. All on the staff are super friendly and helpful, including the hotel manager. Overall an exceptional experience and great value.
