From the moment you step through the door, you are welcomed into a peaceful and very pleasant environment surrounded by greenery. The location is excellent; it’s only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast menu changes daily, and you can have it at any time you like. I think this is wonderful. The staff are very friendly. Mr. Alp helps with everything to make you feel at home, and I am very grateful to him. Being within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and in a safe area allows you to vacation alone comfortably. Hakuna Matata.

We spent nearly a week at the newly opened KAI Zanzibar Hotel & Spa in Nungwi as the final stop of our honeymoon — and what a perfect ending it was! From the moment we arrived, the KAI team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They personalized so many details for us, including a beautiful floating breakfast to celebrate our honeymoon. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was absolutely stunning — and yet we still found ourselves admiring the gorgeous common pool area too. When we arrived after a long safari tour, I wasn’t feeling well, and the team immediately made me a fresh ginger tea. They even arranged a dinner takeout and brought it to our room so I could rest — it’s these thoughtful gestures that really stood out to us. The entire facility is peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Our villa and pool were cleaned daily, and it was such a joy to come back to a fresh, welcoming space every day. Mounir and the whole team were so warm and attentive — they truly made sure we were looked after from start to finish. The location is great too — close to the beach and nightlife, yet tucked away enough for some serenity. We’re so happy we chose KAI for the final part of our honeymoon and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a boutique luxury experience with exceptional, personalised service! Thanks again for this memorable stay 💗

I can't find words strong enough to express my satisfaction. Everything was perfect ! The place, the sea, the villa, the team, the soothing atmosphere. I will recommend this establishment to all my friends. Special mention for the chef, Keith Lawrence, and his team who took great care. Everything was personalized, which is very appreciable. everything was perfect, Elena the owner is wonderful, friendly. Zanzicrown was my home for a month. Very clean, daily cleaned rooms, great breakfast. Nasor was very nice and helpful. and a beautiful garden and a small pool where you can spend a pleasant time. I give 20 points out of 10😘
