Puli is the smart place to base yourself if you want to visit multiple attractions in the region (Sun Moon Lake, Hehuanshan, Qingjing Farm, etc). Everything was clean and there was everything we needed at the hotel, we didn't need to leave the area. They filled the pool for us, there's 7-11 2 minute walk away, and the room was sparkling clean. It's a heaven for children with slides, pool, sandbox, go karts, and you get to sleep inside a mushroom!!
