The location was very convenient to the train station. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. Breakfast was good with variety of local and western choices. The self service laundry was a convenient bonus. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage when we went to Alishan for a day.

Amazing room: very spacious, well-equipped, extremely child-friendly with a great play area inside the room and another bigger one next to the restaurant. Friendly and very helpful staff, perhaps without the extra smile though. Great and very fulfilling breakfast. Perfect location, just 100 meters away from the train station. This hotel is modern, comfortable and very cozy. Highly recommended to everyone, and especially those traveling with kids. Our kids loved this hotel, and so did we!
