They were quick to provide solutions when things arise and they notice fine details and provide solutions before we even ask. The bath was very beautiful and a great size, the room was an okay size for 4 adults, would be better for 2 adults and 2 kids I think, but overall a great place to stay, the staff members were very nice and kind, they allowed us to leave our luggages there before we checked in so we can go for a wonder on the streets, would love stay again if we get a chance.

When I Took Taipei to Sun-Moon lake bus, I saw the hotel is on the same street. I lived near Tour Center.(Across the street). At night, I went to 7-11 to rent power bank and buy some snack. It’s near two convenient stores. I like this hotel’s location.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful family-owned B&B and close to the bus stop and the lake. The owners are exceptional: they proactively helped us book a bus to Alishan, gave us directions on where to rent bikes and what to visit and were always welcoming us with a smile and a chat. The room is spacious, completely new and has a partial view of the lake. A plus is that they have a beautiful corgi and their cat is also an active member of the staff, approving everyone that passes by 😄. The B&B provides snacks for their guests that are refilled daily, and there is a microwave and a washing machine/dryer that can be used by the guests. I 1000% recommend this establishment for your stay in Sun Moon Lake

I was very friendly received, family like. The owner cared about my stay an when I told her, what my plans were, she added very useful information, an upon my hike plans, she added a bottle of isotonic lemonade. Highly recommend this hotel.
